Tamannaah Bhatia plays matchmaker, like her character in her latest film – Plan A Plan B, releasing on Netflix as she chats with Kusha Kapila and Pranjal (a Tinder member) about their ideal first dates, their comfort zone and more!
Tinder, the popular app for meeting new people, is back with an all new episode of Swipe Ride, with Tamannaah Bhatia as the surprise celebrity guest! Kusha Kapila, takes the driver’s seat once again to pick up Tinder members to meet their dates. The episode is available on Tinder India’s YouTube channel and it will also be streaming on Voot.
Pan- India star Tamannaah Bhatia on Tinder’s latest episode of Swipe Ride said, “I love watching people come together and and enabling meaningful relationships, just like how I do in my film Plan A Plan B. I had so much fun chatting with Pranjal about her date and what made her swipe right on him. I connected with her on so many things like having parents who have always been our support system when it comes to all things dating. For me personally, I love monsoons, so a rainy day with someone who makes me comfortable would make for an ideal date. It is also refreshing to see the generation today recognises how movies now need to spotlight values like consent, gender equity etc and I can’t wait for this to continue to grow in the industry and with our audiences.”
Co-created with film director Debbie Rao along with writer – Sukanya Subramaniyan, Swipe Ride series is a product of the coming together of these women who like to call their own shots whether it’s in their careers, or their dating lives.
